Is the winter jacket waterproof?
Yes, the Hurtta winter jacket is waterproof
Is this suitable for a yorkie toy ,or is it adjustable? For smaller dogs?also can you specify the price?and finally do you shop to romania? Many thanks alex
The most important measurement in the Hurtta Winter jackets is the length of the back which is same as the size. The waist and the neck is adjustable.
Unfortunately we don’t deliver our products directly to consumers from our warehouse in Kuopio Finland so perhaps you could find some retailer from there from whom you can purchase Hurtta products for your dog.
Is the jacket able to be used along with your harnesses?
Unfortunately there isn’t a hole for harness in our winter jacket so it’s meant to be used with collar.
We use a harness where the leash attaches in the front. Would that still be possible with this coat?
If the leash can be attached in the front, the harnesses can be wear with the winter coat. But if the leash should be attached in the back, then there is unfortunately no possibility to wear the winter jacket with this kind of harness.

Hi, The recommended size for the beagle is 36 or 40. It depends mostly for the length of your dog’s bag. Which is the same as the size in our jackets.
Is the jacket machine washable and if so/or not , how do you clean the jacket. Will this jacket fit my pitbull and will he be able to grow into it some. He is 1 yr old and still has a little growing left in him.
The jacket can be washed in the machine in 40 Celsius degrees but there is possibility that the plastic parts can harm your washing machine. So if you feel like you are not willing to take that risk you can also wash it by hands in wash water. You can find the best size for your dog by going to fitting them into some pet shop. We would need to have your dog’s back, neck and chest measurements for finding the best size.
Which one is better for winter, this one or Waterproof fleece jacket? I am a little bit confused whitch one to choose. And what size to think for American Staffordshire Terrie female?

Both of these Hurtta products are laminated with a water and wind proof Houndtex film and they are an efficient way of keeping the dog warm. The waterproof fleece jacket has short legs in the front. It is more a matter of taste which product You choose.
The recommended size for an American Staffordshire Terrier is in case of the overalls 453 or 551
and in jackets 50 or 55. Because every dog is individual we recommend that you pay a visit to the nearest Hurtta seller and try out the Waterproof Fleece Jacket on your dog to find the optimal size.
Is the winter jacket breathable material so my dog doesn’t sweat? Does it come with any guarantee?
